Discover Villa Ava, a contemporary hideaway in El Paraíso, Estepona, perfectly positioned between the Mediterranean and the fairways. The shoreline lies just moments away, El Paraíso Golf and the New Golden Mile are close by, and the marina of Puerto Banús is reached in around ten minutes by car—placing, great restaurants, fancy beach clubs and luxury boutiques within easy reach while keeping the setting calm and residential.
Outdoors, the atmosphere shifts to sun and open sky. A heated swimming pool forms the centrepiece of the outdoor area, lined with loungers and seating for long, restful afternoons. On the upper terrace, a rooftop jacuzzi accompanied by a waterproof television creates an intimate, cinematic setting for late-night soaks and open-air films. Inside, the mood is refined but relaxed. Five bedrooms and four bathrooms offer privacy and comfort, and the main living area flows between a bright lounge, sleek open-plan kitchen and contemporary bar. HOUSE RULES
- No smoking
- No parties allowed or loud music.
- Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM. From 9 PM onwards (on request)
- No groups younger than 30 years old.
- Check-out is by 11 AM.
- Late Check out fee from 11 AM until 1 PM: 150€ extra.
- Late Check out fee after 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.
PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES
- Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 500
- Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to completely change the lock) , if it is not needed to change it, 125€.
- Damage to keys set: € 125€
- Smoke fee in the property: € 400
- The guest must respect the house rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €1.000 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Fully refundable 07 days
- Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.
Fully refundable 30 days
- Those bookings of 28 nights or longer. Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
