Set in the established residential area of Guadalmina Baja, this six-bedroom villa combines everyday coastal living with convenient access to a nearby golf course, beach clubs, local restaurants, padel and tennis courts, and a high-end gym. It’s a straightforward, comfortable setting where beach time and daily life fit easily together.
The outdoor area at Villa Bosquecito is made for relaxed days at home. At the centre of the garden, an oversized swimming pool—larger than most you typically find in Marbella—sets a laid-back holiday tone. It can be heated on request and includes an integrated Jacuzzi, creating an inviting spot to gather from morning to evening. Surrounding the pool, a generous private garden and broad lawns provide plenty of room to move around, with space for children to play and adults to alternate between loungers, shade and the water. A BBQ and alfresco dining area make outdoor meals simple and enjoyable, turning long, unhurried days outside into the natural rhythm of the stay.

Late check-out:
- Late Check out fee from 11 am until 1 p.m: 150€ extra.
- Late Check out fee after 1p.m: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.

Cancellation Policy
- We request 50% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking.
- Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 15 days prior arrival.
- This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
- Fully refundable 07 days
- Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment.
- There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.
- Fully refundable 30 days
- Those bookings of 28 nights or longer. Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment.
- There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
Damage Costs & Fees
- Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 500
- Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to completely change the lock) , if it is not needed to change it, 125€.
- Damage to keys set: € 125€
- Smoke fee in the property: € 400
- The guest must respect the house rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €1.000 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.
