409 m² built on a 954 m² plot, Villa La Plage is a luxury and brand-new villa for up to 10 guests, perfectly positioned two steps from the sea, with breathtaking Mediterranean views from the rooftop terrace.

The villa’s open-air living centers on a generous main terrace off the salon for effortless alfresco dining beside a large BBQ, a sun-bathed pool patio with a heated private pool, and a rooftop terrace crowned by a hot tub in a mesmerising sea view—perfect for blue-hour soaks and unhurried nights under the Andalusian sky.

Inside, refinement reads as ease. Five restful bedrooms accommodate ten guests, while a bright, capacious great room anchors the home, flowing to a chef-ready kitchen appointed for everything from lazy breakfasts to hosted dinners. On the lower level, a playroom with cocktail bar and billiards gives way to a snug cinema den for after-beach films.

  • Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 15 days prior arrival.
  • This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

    • Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment.
    • There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.
  • Fully refundable 30 days
    • Those bookings of 28 nights or longer. Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment.
    • There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
