202 m² built on an 868 m² plot, Villa Riviera The View is a luxury and brand-new villa for up to 10 guests, perfectly positioned above the sea, with breathtaking Mediterranean views and a seamless indoor–outdoor lifestyle.
Outdoors, a sequence of terraces sets the mood from sunrise to nightfall: the main terrace off the living area offers al fresco dining and a BBQ, the upper-level terraces frame panoramic sea vistas, and the pool patio invites guests to recline in plush sunbeds under the Andalusian Sun.
Indoors, a modern and high-end aesthetic guides the design. Upstairs, a second luminous salon with expansive glass windows and two ensuite bedrooms with the finest materials complete the top floor. On the main level, the open-plan designer kitchen flows to the dining area and salon, extending naturally onto the terrace. Three tranquil bedrooms are also set on this level.

HOUSE RULES
- No smoking
- No parties allowed or loud music.
- Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM. From 9 PM onwards (on request)
- No groups younger than 30 years old.
- Check-out is by 11 AM.
- Late Check out fee from 11 AM until 1 PM: 125€ extra.
- Late Check out fee after 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.
PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES
- Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 500
- Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to completely change the lock) , if it is not needed to change it, 125€.
- Damage to keys set: € 125€
- Smoke fee in the property: € 400
- The guest must respect the house rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €1.000 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Fully refundable 07 days
- Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.
Fully refundable 30 days
- Those bookings of 28 nights or longer. Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
