The famous Spanish chef Dani Garcia heads up this relaxed Andalusian Brasserie in the Puente Romano Hotel. Since it opened it has been building up a strong reputation for excellent food, with a varied and interesting menu.
The setting is perfect, as it is one of the five restaurants in the Plaza Village dining area set around a stunning courtyard and Roman bridge. It is buzzing with an amazing atmosphere and magically lit with fairy lights, cool music and lots going on. Many people enjoy the food there and then head down into the plaza area for more drinks and to enjoy the atmosphere and continue the party at nightclub La Suite.
At Bibo there are a number of interesting dining experiences to choose from, which have a very eclectic, Spanish vibe. You can dine at the bar area, at the quirky Grandmother’s table, or in the dining area, and choose from a wide variety of delicious dishes. For the health conscious, there’s a whole section called Lovin Green, with cold soups, fresh salads and vegetable dishes which are highly recommended. There is also an oyster bar, a raw bar including ceviche and steak tartare and a red tuna bar, with the best tuna sourced from nearby Barbate. Other options include; pizzas, iberico ham, fish and meat, as well as amazing deserts.
This is a restaurant headed up by a Michelin starred chef, in a 5* hotel, with high quality food, which is a great place for a special night out. As a guide, a steak is 30€, a burger 19€, cod 25€ and pizzas 14€, with a glass of wine costing 5€.
