In October 2023, we had booked the Villa Schumacher house, where the two bedrooms in the basement of the building were unusable - there was mold around the window frame and an unventilable mold smell.�The basement of the building also did not have a ceiling covering plate, so all communications and sewers of the house were both visible and audible.�The agency did not compensate for our inconvenience in any way, 3 children had to sleep in the common room on mattresses for the entire 10 days of the vacation.�After we left, the agency informed us that we would only get back 500 euros of the 2,500 euro security deposit, because they had noted "significant" damages with un elievable high costs…�If this is a common practice of additional income - so be it - we were fools to catch it. But in this case - if the agency knew they were renting us a property that was seriously damaged and in a state of repair - they could have been accommodating and not charged astronomical fines for such trivialities, knowing how disappointed we were with the service.�The 2,000 euro security deposit that we have lost is illegal and disproportionate, considering the discomfort, which we were neither informed about, nor was the agency ready to cover or compensate us in any way.

I am deeply disappointed with Vacation Marbella's unethical attempt to withhold part of my deposit under false accusations. The alleged issues, such as a dirty apartment and a damaged refrigerator, are baseless. Furthermore, my two-week stay was marred by electricity problems, a persistent cat litter stench, and a lack of pre-stay photo records. Absolument a éviter!!!!
On nous a loue pour 2 mois une duplex dans une résidence tranquille, nous vivons LENFER .

Il y a un bruit infernal toute la journée car l,apparemment a coté , avec qui on partage le même escalier est intégralement rénové, c’est à dire marteau à percussion, ect tout la journée, car tous est cassé est mis dehors 

Après avoir envoyé des vidéos et avoir téléphoné avec l’agence jusqu’à aujourd’hui l l’agence nous a proposé RIEN DU TOUT.
