In the inside, an impeccably appointed kitchen-diner features a designer round-shaped kitchen island, creating a modernistic ambience. A fancy open-plan living room gives way to a dreamy terrace where holiday get-togethers are more than welcome any time of the year. You can go green indoors in the main bedroom as nature floods in through its window and the terrace.

Sunlit 1^st-floor apartment (90 m²) enjoying beautiful shared areas in the complex—Gym, Sauna, Playroom for children and Swimming pool: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of them is en-suite), an open-plan living room including a fully equipped kitchen-diner, and a cosy private terrace.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM

• Bedroom 1 – King-size bed (160 x 200 cm), built-in closet, direct access to the terrace, and en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
• Bedroom 2 – Two single beds (90 x 200 cm), built-in closet.
• Bathroom 2 with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

HOUSE RULES

• No smoking
• No parties allowed
• No pets allowed

• Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM.
• Late check-in is required to be paid in cash:
  • From 9 PM to 12 AM there is an extra charge of 40 euros.
  • From 12 AM to 5 AM there is an extra charge of 55 euros.
• Check-out is at 11 AM.
• Late check-out:
  • From 11 AM to 1 PM there is an extra charge of 40€.
  • After 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate may be charged without discounts.
• Parking: 10€/day

PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES

• Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 100
• Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.
• Damage to keys set: € 50
• Smoke in the apartment: € 200.00
• The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Fully refundable 07 days

• Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 07 days of arrival day.

Fully refundable 30 days

• Those bookings longer than 28 nights Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
