    BODY TREATMENT

    FIX ME DEEP TISSUE

    When do you need this? When you love a VERY STRONG massage. When you need to release tension. When you need to fix a strain or a pulled muscle.

    SPORTS MASSAGE

    When do you need this? When you work out a lot, but don’t stretch enough. When you love DEEP PRESSURE massage and stretch from the head to toes. It is like yoga for lazy people – WE STRETCH YOU while you just BREATHE and RELAX. It is reported to have many beneficial effects in athletes. Sports massage can be used pre-performance, post-performance, during training, or for rehabilitation.

    INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

    When do you need this? When you are tense, it may help increase joint mobility and flexibility in the neck and shoulders, may improve blood circulation and lymphatic flow, can free knots of muscular tension, may relax connective tissue, and may aid in the elimination of accumulated toxins and waste products.

    FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

    When do you need this? When you suffer from cold feet – the journey starts with a FOOT BATH & SCRUB. When you want to improve your body functions through REFLEXOLOGY. When you love when somebody massages your feet.

    SWEDISH RELAXING MASSAGE

    When do you need this? When you feel that your body needs an entire relaxation by rubbing the muscles in long, gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. But, the benefits of Swedish massage go beyond relaxation. It can help increase the level of oxygen in the blood and improve circulation and flexibility.
