Are pets allowed?+
We love animals and welcome them to most of our homes. Please make sure to read the rental description and the Amenities tab:
This icon will be present whenever the home is pet friendly.
Do you offer laundry services?+
All our homes are equipped with washing machines.
Is smoking allowed in the home?+
Smoking is prohibited on the rented premises. However, we do allow smoking on the terraces and backyards.
Do you provide a baby crib and high chair?+
Yes, we can provide a baby crib and high chair. Please be aware there is a 10€ charge per day.
Getting an extra bed is also possible at the price of 35€ per day.
What International TV package do your homes have?+
Please bear in mind our rental properties are individually owned and each home will offer different TV options. We provide IPTV services –with over 100 international channels– in all our vacation rentals, and you can also request our Premium package for a quotation of 50€ per stay.
Does the home come with linens and towels, or do I need to bring my own?+
Yes, we will make sure there are no basic necessities missing.
Beds will be made with fresh linens, and bath towels will be provided.
Does the property have private parking?+
All our homes have car park included in the quotation –private parking in most cases–, so you won’t need to circle around trying to find a parking spot.
Are cleaning, electricity, water and gas fees included in the price?+
Yes, final cleaning rate is included in the quotation, as well as electricity, water and gas fees.
Can I request an airport pickup?+
Absolutely! Please send us your flight information and headcount in your party and we will arrange an airport transfer for you.
The driver will meet you at the airport and drive you to your rental home for you to check in.
We work with a private transfer company, please contact us at [email protected] if you need us to provide you with a quotation.
What is the Lost-and-found policy?+
We will send on anything you might have left behind. Please report any missing items within 48 hours of your departure date.We will do our best to find it and ship it to you.
There will be an additional charge subject to item size, weight and overall features.
Will I have access to wireless Internet at the property?+
We want to make you feel at home. That’s why all our homes are equipped with free-of-charge Internet access (Wi-Fi optical fiber), so you will be able to use a high-speed Internet connection during your stay.
Booking and cancellations
When is full payment due?+
You will be prompted to pay your pending amount (50% of the total) + refundable deposit 15 days prior to arrival.
This deposit is fully refunded 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Do you have monthly rates for your properties?+
Yes. Monthly rentals usually carry a 20% discount. If you are interested in renting a home for longer periods of time, please contact us or call us at +34 951 386 045 so we can offer you a monthly quotation.
How can I change my reservation? Are there any fees associated with this?+
Reservation changes are always subject to availability. Please contact us or call us at +34 951 386 045 to help you modify your reservation.
What is the difference between HomeAway/Airbnb and your site?+
While HomeAway/Airbnb are advertising sites, Vacation Marbella is a Property Management company that takes care of all aspects concerning vacation rentals, from marketing to maintenance and housekeeping.
Holiday rental sites like HomeAway or Airbnb will charge you up to 6-12% commission on top of our quotation. This is the main reason why we always recommend booking directly on our website.
However, we find this sort of sites like HomeAway extremely helpful, since their wide reach can boost our homes visibility.
What do I have to do for booking?+
You will be asked to pay 50% of the total amount in order to confirm your reservation.
How can I ask for a quote?+
Our website has an integrated online payment platform that synchronizes all our calendars instantly for you to be able to book your holiday rental directly from Vacationmarbella.com
If you want to get a quote, just press “BOOK NOW” on the property you are interested in and select your dates in the calendar.
The budget for the selected dates will automatically appear just below the calendar
*Please note that certain dates have minimum stays according to the season.

We accept Visa and Mastercard.
What is the cancellation policy?+
There are no cancellation charges as long as you notify the cancellation 7 days prior to your intended arrival day.
Please make sure to cancel your reservation 7 days in advance, otherwise there will be no refund offered.
Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund for any bookings longer than 28 nights. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival day.
Where can I check in?+
Our guest relations manager will contact you by email a few days prior to arrival in order to arrange your check-in.
On your arrival day, please head to our office so you can check in. You can also meet our guest relations manager directly at the property at the extra cost of 25€.
Will it be possible to check in early?+
We are as flexible as possible with check-in times. You will be able to arrange an early check-in as long as the home is available.
What time am I able to check in?+
You can check in any time from 4 pm to 21 pm.
Please be aware of our additional charge for late check-in:

- From 9 PM to 12 AM there is an extra charge of 40 euros.
- From 12 AM to 5 AM there is an extra charge of 55 euros.
What is the property address?+
Once your booking has been confirmed, we will email you the Property Guide including a Google Maps link for you to check the property address
When should I check out?+
Check-out is at 11 am on your day of departure. If you need to stay any longer, you can request a late check-out at additional charge. However, this will depend on availability.
In a worst-case scenario, we can safely keep your belongings at our office during the day.
