HOUSE RULES
- No smoking
- No parties allowed
- Small pets allowed (Only up to 10 kg for 10€ per day.)
- Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM. From 9 PM onwards: €25 (Late check-in is required to be paid in cash)
- Check-out is by 11 AM.
- Late Check out fee from 11 AM until 1 PM: 40€ extra.
- Late Check out fee after 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.
- Parking: 10€/day
PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES
- Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 100
- Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.
- Damage to keys set: € 50
- Smoke in the apartment: € 200.00
- The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Fully refundable 07 days
- Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.
Fully refundable 30 days
- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund for any bookings longer than 28 nights. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival day.
