355 m² villa—in a 951.2 m² plot—facing south-west, spread over 2 levels, and sporting a private green area, terraces, patio and swimming pool: 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (all of which are en-suite), a bright dining room, a highly-appointed living room, a home cinema room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an office.

• The upper floor is composed of 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom (featuring en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and private terrace) and a twin bedroom (including en-suite bathroom, and private terrace).
• The main floor comprises other 2 bedrooms (double and twin) and 2 en-suite bathrooms, plus kitchen, dining room, lounge, office, home cinema room, and outdoor living areas including garage and driveway.

HOUSE RULES

• No smoking
• No parties allowed
• Small pets allowed (Only up to 10 kg for 10€ per day.)
• Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM (On request from 9PM on)
• Home greeting: there is an extra cost of 25€ for check-in at the property.
• Check-out is at 11 AM.
• Late check-out:
  • From 11 AM to 1 PM there is an extra charge of 40€.
  • After 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate may be charged without discounts.

PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES

• Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 100
• Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.
• Damage to keys set: € 50
• Smoke in the apartment: € 200.00
• The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Fully refundable 07 days

• Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.

Fully refundable 30 days

• Those bookings longer than 28 nights Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
