HOUSE RULES

  • No smoking
  • No parties allowed
  • Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM. From 9 PM onwards (on request)
  • No groups younger than 30 years old.
  • Check-out is by 11 AM.
  • Late Check out fee from 11 AM until 1 PM: 125€ extra.
  • Late Check out fee after 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.

PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES

  • Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 250
  • Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to completely change the lock) , if it is not needed to change it, 125€.
  • Damage to keys set: € 50
  • Smoke fee in the property: € 400.00
  • The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Fully refundable 07 days

  • ​Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.

Fully refundable 30 days

  • Those bookings of 28 nights or longer. Cancel up to 30 days before the start  of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.

  • Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 7 days prior to arrival.
  • This deposit is fully refundable within 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
  • Check-in is anytime from 16:00 PM to 21:00 PM. 
  • Final cleaning is included in the quotation.
  • Guests can cancel free of charge until 07 days before arrival.
