This peaceful haven’s wonderful location will place you within easy reach of all sorts of attractions in the Costa del Sol! You can go for some nature adventure, get easily to the most secluded dune beaches in the area like Cabopino, or play golf in one of the most famous green fees of the region: Marbella Golf Country Club and Santa Clara Golf Marbella.

Peacefulness is sacred here! which is why parties and loud events are not welcome in the neighbourhood. The interiors of the property have been entirely refurbished to get the most of your vacation. Do you want to make an authentic Paella or bake the freshest fish of the Mediterranean sea? Then, the spacious kitchen will be the perfect place to make it!

Do you want to get some rest? We have arranged several sunbeds where you can sunbathe all day but watch out for sunburn because the sun is beating down on the Costa del Sol. However, if the sun heats too much for you, we also have a backup solution. The wide bedroom with a king bed featuring an ensuite bathroom with a hydromassage bath will recharge your batteries. And on top of it, why not book a massage session with one of our massagists? We told you, at Vacation Marbella we have everything sorted out.

• The main floor is composed of three bedrooms with two bathrooms; The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom; The spacious and modern living room with a dining area leading to a covered terrace leading onto the garden and the swimming-pool
• The Top floor comprises 2 bedrooms with two bunks beds with one bathroom and an upper terrace. The fully equipped kitchen and a second dining and living area.

• Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom) – Brand new king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, stand-alone rain shower.
• Bedroom 2 – Queen-size bed (150 x 200 cm) and shared bathroom
• Bedroom 3 – Queen-size bed (150 x 200 cm) and shared bathroom.
• Bedroom 4 – Two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and shared bathroom

HOUSE RULES

• No smoking
• No parties allowed
• Pets allowed (Only up to 10kg for 10€ per day).
• Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM. (On request from 9PM on)
• Check-out is at 11 AM.
• Late check-out:
  • From 11 AM to 1 PM there is an extra charge of 40€.
  • After 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate may be charged without discounts.

PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES

• Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 100
• Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.
• Damage to keys set: € 50
• Smoke in the apartment: € 200.00
• The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Fully refundable 07 days

• Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.

Fully refundable 30 days

• Those bookings longer than 28 nights Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
