Villa La Résina is a newly built villa (just decorated in 2.022) with an infinity-edge pool and a lovely garden surrounded by cedars to ensure you a lot of privacy and comfort during your stay. The giant patio has a covered terrace with a BBQ ideal for a gathering with your loved ones and some sun loungers to sunbathe under the palm trees. When entering Villa la Résina you will notice that it was built to the highest standards and with a comfortable modern design. The spacious open-plan living room has relaxed sofas, two flat-screen TVs, big sliding doors letting go a lot of light and offering views towards the pool and the garden, and a fully fitted kitchen with and island bar and modern appliances.
This stunning short rentals provides an ultra-modern and comfortable space for up to 10 guests. Each of the four bedrooms has been designed to enjoy the luxury and comfort of a holiday rental villa as its maximum. The upper floor has three bedrooms, the first one with a king-size bed featuring an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace, and two with queen-size beds, a shared bathroom, and fantastic views over the swimming pool and garden area. The basement has one bedroom with two queen size beds, a bathroom with full amenities, a laundry room, and three parking spaces for your cars.

HOUSE RULES
- No smoking
- No parties allowed
- Pets allowed until 10kgs (10€/day as a pet fee).
- Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM (On request from 9PM on)
- Check-out is at 11 AM.
- Late check-out:
- From 11 AM to 1 PM there is an extra charge of 150€.
- After 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate may be charged without discounts.
PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES
- Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 100
- Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.
- Damage to keys set: € 50
- Smoke in the apartment: € 200.00
- The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Fully refundable 07 days
- Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.
Fully refundable 30 days
- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund for any bookings longer than 28 nights. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival day.
