The property sits above the Mediterranean sea and is close to the most beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol, Cabo Pino, and Artola. Surrounded by the unspoiled Andalusian nature and similar high-end villas, this modern property is an excellent place to visit the multitude of Golf Clubs present in the region, with some of the best in Europe.
Villa Riviera del Sol is a fantastic holiday rental. All of the appliances and amenities in this property are top-of-the-line. On the ground floor, we can find a spacious open-plan living room with large windows bringing plenty of natural light. The ample sofas are suitable for every guest and perfect for a family reunion after a long and busy day trip visiting Ronda and its world-famous bridge. The décor is deliberately minimalist which makes great use of the space. The fully equipped kitchen has the highest materials including a huge American fridge, and the layout is convenient for organizing a family cooking session. For those looking for wellness and fun, we have added a private sauna and gym equipment, as well as a brand-new entertainment room downstairs equipped with a billiard table, baby foot (foosball), and its own cocktail bar.
The property has a modern and comfortable space for up to 10 guests, featuring 5 ample bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, including an ensuite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub.
The beautiful and maintained garden welcomes you with the verdant green of the synthetic lawn that reflects perfectly in the shimmering turquoise swimming pool. You’ll have several lounges and chill-out areas all over the villa to take full advantage of the Andalusian climate, and admire the magnificent views of the Mediterranean sea. The outdoor and covered terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy a tasteful dinner and relax in a good atmosphere around the BBQ area.

Late check-out:
- Late Check out fee from 11 am until 1 p.m: 100€ extra.

Cancellation Policy
- • We request 50% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking.
- Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 15 days prior arrival.
- This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
- Fully refundable 07 days
- Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment.
- There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.
- Fully refundable 30 days
- Those bookings of 28 nights or longer. Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment.
- There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
Damage Costs & Fees
- Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 150
- Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.
- Damage to keys set: € 50
- Smoke in the property: € 300.00
- The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €1.000 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.
