This holiday home is within a short distance from shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach!
Villa Schumacher is a newly-established villa with an outstanding pool dominating the big terrace and a breathless sea view. You can even see Africa when the sky is clear! Also, the property is surrounded by cedars and fences to ensure you a lot of privacy and comfort during your stay. The ample outdoor area has a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table and a BBQ, ideal for a gathering with your loved ones and some sun loungers to sunbathe under the Andalusian sun.
When entering in Villa Schumacher you will notice the top-notch and high-quality amenities set with a contemporary and ultra-modern design. The spacious open-plan kitchen living room has relaxed sofas, a magnificent fireplace, big sliding doors letting go a lot of light and directly accessing the pool and the main terrace, and finally a fully fitted kitchen with an island bar and cutting-edge appliances. The basement includes a recreational room where you can watch the last films, play pool or simply relax while reading a book.
This stunning short rental provides an avant-garde and super comfortable space for up to 10 guests. Each of the five bedrooms has been designed to enjoy the luxury and comfort of a holiday rental villa at its maximum. The villa’s bathrooms are tasteful retreats, one of which has a free-standing bathtub for long leisure soaks. The upper floor has two bedrooms, both with private terraces and featuring an ensuite bathroom and one with a brand-new king-size bed, the other with a brand-new queen-size bed. The ground floor is boasting one bedroom directly accessing the patio with the swimming pool, a queen-size bed, and a private bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The basement has two bedrooms, the first one with a brand-new king-size bed, and the second with a brand-new queen-size bed with a fully equipped and shared bathroom.

HOUSE RULES
- No smoking

- Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM (On request from 9PM on)
- Check-out is at 11 AM.
- Late check-out:
- From 11 AM to 1 PM there is an extra charge of 200€
- After 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate may be charged without discounts.
PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES
- Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 100
- Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.
- Damage to keys set: € 50
- Smoke in the apartment: € 200.00
- The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Fully refundable 07 days
- Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 07 days of arrival day.
Fully refundable 30 days
- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund for any bookings longer than 28 nights. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
