Description
Refurbished to a high standard in 2.026, Villa Ulises is a refined contemporary residence set within a peaceful residential enclave of Marbella, just a very short drive from the beach. Surrounded by greenery and close to everyday amenities and golf courses, the property offers an elegant balance between coastal living and understated comfort.
Arranged across two interior levels, Villa Ulises is defined by light, space, and a sense of quiet sophistication. The open-plan living area is carefully composed, featuring bespoke finishes and refined textures that enhance the natural light throughout the day. A fully equipped designer kitchen with marble countertops and sleek cabinetry integrates seamlessly into the space, creating a setting that feels equally suited to informal breakfasts or relaxed evenings at home. For added peace of mind, the villa is equipped with an alarm system and safety box.
Outside, the villa reveals a serene private garden framed by mature planting and natural screening, offering privacy without isolation. A covered terrace provides an elegant setting for alfresco dining, while the swimming pool sits at the centre of the garden as a calm architectural focal point.
Villa Ulises accommodates up to eight guests, with the sleeping areas arranged to ensure both comfort and discretion. Two bedrooms share a refined bathroom on one level, ideal for children or friends travelling together. The upper level is dedicated to the villa’s most private spaces, comprising two additional bedrooms — including an impressive master suite with an en-suite bathroom — and direct access to the terrace. Both bedrooms on this level open onto the outdoor space, where open golf views unfold and the rooftop terrace offers an elevated setting to enjoy peaceful mornings and Marbella’s changing light as the day progresses.

The layout leaves ample room for landscaped outdoor areas, terraces, and the swimming pool, creating an open and relaxed setting where outdoor living feels natural and unforced, so close to the coast.
Inside, the villa is arranged across two levels with a clear and intuitive flow. Living spaces open naturally onto the terraces and garden, allowing natural light to shape the atmosphere throughout the day. The overall layout prioritises comfort and simplicity, with a calm separation between social areas and quieter zones, resulting in a home that feels both effortless to live in and thoughtfully composed.

- Late Check out fee from 11 am until 1 p.m: 100€ extra.
- Late Check out fee after 1p.m: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.

Cancellation Policy
- We request 50% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking.
- Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 15 days prior arrival.
- This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
- Fully refundable 07 days
- Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment.
- There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.
- Fully refundable 30 days
- Those bookings of 28 nights or longer. Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment.
- There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
Damage Costs & Fees
- Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 500
- Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to completely change the lock) , if it is not needed to change it, 125€.
- Damage to keys set: € 125€
- Smoke fee in the property: € 400
- The guest must respect the house rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €1.000 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.
