HOUSE RULES

• No smoking
• No parties allowed (parties and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited)
• Any loud noise (loud speaking, listening to music etc…) is not allowed after 22.00 and until 9.00.
• The clients must maintain clean environment in the street and outside surroundings of the villa.
• Pets allowed (10€ per day up to 10kg)
• Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM. (On request from 9PM on)
• Check-out is by 11 AM.
  • Late Check out fee from 11 AM until 1 PM: 75€ extra.
  • Late Check out fee after 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.

PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES

• Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 100
• Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.
• Damage to keys set: € 50
• Smoke in the apartment: € 200.00

CANCELLATION POLICY

Fully refundable 07 days

• Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 07 days of arrival day.

Fully refundable 30 days

• Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund for any bookings longer than 28 nights. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival day.
