HOUSE RULES

• No smoking (smoking indoors incurs a penalty of 250 euros)
• No parties allowed
• No pets allowed
• Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM. From 9 PM onwards (on request)
• Check-out is by 11 AM.
  • Late Check out fee from 11 AM until 1 PM: 150€ extra.
  • Late Check out fee after 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.

PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES

• Not approved Late Check-out after 11 am: € 150
• Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€
• Damage to keys set: € 50
• The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Fully refundable 07 days

• Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.

Fully refundable 30 days

• Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund for any bookings longer than 28 nights. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival day.
