Bowspring and Yoga
The Bowspring method is all about the spine and healthy posture and works wonders for people with back pain and limited movements. It comes from alignment-based yoga and focuses on essence, body-mind connection and mindfulness, as well as postures and exercises to relax and strengthen. There are regular group classes and workshops at a yoga studio between Estepona and Marbella. As part of a yoga break they recommend a package of ten private, personalised sessions, ideally over a two week period, to undo bad habits, reduce back pain and increase mobility.
