Stunning 3 bedroom – 3 bathroom (one ensuite), ground floor apartment, underground garage, within one of the best-established beachside developments on the coast. The apartment is spacious (184m2) plus large terracing. Underground garage with Lift. Set within beautiful Hugh nature gardens and waterways and large pool. Access direct to the beach from the pool area. In walking distance Restaurants and chiringuitos direct on the beach.

Situated midway between San Pedro Alcantara and Estepona town centers.


The apartment is spacious (184m2) plus extensive terracing. Set within beautiful nature gardens and waterways, the beach is just a 1 minute away. The large communal swimming pool is reserved only for residents of phase 6 of the complex and is only a few steps away from the apartment. The ample sun decks surrounding the pool provide sunbeds and sun umbrellas.


The apartment is exceptionally well furnished and equipped with cream marble floors throughout, fitted kitchen with adjacent utility room. Three double bedrooms which can be configured as two double bedded rooms and one twin or two twin and one double depending on the requirements. Two full bathrooms both ensuite to the master bedroom and second bedroom. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower. All bathrooms have underfloor heating. Centrally air conditioned and heated throughout.


The beach at Castalia offers excellent facilities which include the La Antigua Beach Restaurant and Bar and Pepe’s Beach, a typical Spanish style Chriniguito serving food from breakfast until late. A play garden for children is available with the grounds of La Antigua. Entertainment is also a prime feature during the high season months with Flamenco shows and live music. La Padierna Beach Club Restaurant offers a 5-star menu also situated on the beach just a few minutes’ walk away as well as a paddle tennis club.


Most local amenities are within walking distance or a short drive. There is a convenience store within a 5-minute walk for basic groceries and newspapers and magazines. The larger Mercadona supermarket is on the opposite side of the road, 5 minutes by car. There is a bank and tapas bar adjacent to the supermarket and a wide selection of restaurants, bars, bakery, pharmacy and hairdressers all available in the nearby pueblo of Cancelada and Belair area, just a 5-minute drive away. In a case of winter long-term letting, we have set up a really good long-term rate to attract customer to stay during winter 3 month or longer. From November until March. For long terms, the customer need to pay side coasts electricity and water what they used. If you book long term in the winter you need to accept that term of condition.

  • We request 50% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking.
  • Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 15 days prior arrival.
  • This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
  • Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM.
  • Late check-in is required to be paid in cash:
    • From 9 PM to 12 AM there is an extra charge of 40 euros.
    • From 12 AM to 5 AM there is an extra charge of 55 euros.
  • Home greeting: there is an extra cost of 25€ for check-in at the property.
  • Check-out is by 10 AM.
    • Late Check out fee from 11 am until 1p.m: 40€ extra. But based on availability
    • Late Check out fee after 1p.m: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts
  • We charge 10€ extra for baby crib and high chair per day.
  • We charge 35€ for an extra bed per day.
  • Guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
  • There will be no refund offered if reservation is cancelled within 30 days before intended arrival.
