- First floor comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of them is en-suite), a terrace with majestic, breezy sea views.
- The top floor has a roof terrace with a private pool, a chill out area with a round Balinese bed and a BBQ area with a table to eat outside.

HOUSE RULES

- Check-in is anytime from 16:00 PM to 21:00 PM (On request from 9PM on)
- Check-out is by 11 AM:
- Late Check out fee from 11 am until 1p.m: 40€ extra.
- Late Check out fee after 1p.m: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.
PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES
- Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 100
- Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.
- Damage to keys set: € 50
- Smoke in the apartment: € 200.00
- The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Fully refundable 07 days
- Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 07 days of arrival day.
Fully refundable 30 days
- Those bookings longer than 28 nights Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
