• The exterior has a private heated swimming-pool with sun loungers, state-of-the-art BBQ, and an alfresco dining.
• The interior includes a very spacious living-room, a kitchen with full appliances, a dedicated workspace, and five bright and spacious bedrooms with three and a half bathrooms.

• No smoking (smoking indoors incurs a penalty of 250 euros)
• Pets are allowed up to 10 kg.

• Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM. From 9 PM onwards (on request)
• Check-out is by 11 AM.
  • Late Check out fee from 11 AM until 1 PM: 100€ extra.
  • Late Check out fee after 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Fully refundable 07 days

• Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.

Fully refundable 30 days

• Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund for any bookings longer than 28 nights. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival day.
