228 m² built on a 525 m² plot, Villa Lumea is a contemporary 4-bedroom home for up to 8 guests, ideally placed to live and breathe the true Marbella lifestyle — steps away from trendsetting restaurants, vibrant social spots and the golden sands of Puerto Banús.
Outdoors, a turquoise-tiled private pool anchors a lush garden filled with tropical and citrus plants. Elegant loungers, a designed outdoor kitchen with BBQ Grill, and a tranquil upper terrace set the tone for slow Mediterranean days and starlit dinners.
Indoors, the villa’s open-plan living and dining spaces are bathed in natural light and flow seamlessly into a fully equipped designer kitchen. Textured neutrals, natural woods and arched windows create a calm, refined backdrop for convivial evenings. Four ensuite bedrooms ensure comfort and privacy. Every detail — from the curated décor to soft ambient lighting — has been designed to deliver a warm and elegant Mediterranean stay.

HOUSE RULES
- No smoking
- No parties allowed or loud music.
- Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM. From 9 PM onwards (on request)
- No groups younger than 30 years old.
- Check-out is by 11 AM.
- Late Check out fee from 11 AM until 1 PM: 100€ extra.
- Late Check out fee after 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.
PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES
- Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 500
- Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to completely change the lock) , if it is not needed to change it, 125€.
- Damage to keys set: € 125€
- Smoke fee in the property: € 400
- The guest must respect the house rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €1.000 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Fully refundable 07 days
- Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.
Fully refundable 30 days
- Those bookings of 28 nights or longer. Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
