HOUSE RULES

• No smoking
• No parties allowed
• No pets allowed
• Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM (On request from 9PM on)
• Check-out is at 11 AM.
• Late check-out:
  • From 11 AM to 1 PM there is an extra charge of 40€.
  • After 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate may be charged without discounts.

PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES

• Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 100
• Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.
• Damage to keys set: € 50
• Smoke in the apartment: € 200.00
• The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Fully refundable 07 days: Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 07 days of arrival day.
• Fully refundable 30 days: Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund for any bookings longer than 28 nights. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
