If you like a challenge and want to team up with your family to solve problems and complete tricky tasks, then this is a great choice for you. Prison Island is ideal for kids from the age of 9 upwards, as then they can really get involved. Children under 12 need to play with an adult. It is quite new, but is quickly becoming a must do activity for families with older children and we’d definitely recommend it for your next holiday.
The idea is that you get into teams of three or four and go around the different “cells” in Prison Island to complete the wide range of tasks inside. It will get you all thinking, communicating and working as a team, so it’s a great one for moody teens.
Don’t worry if you don’t get it right the first time, you can try a challenge multiple times and do as many of the cells as you want (or can manage). When you crack it, you will get points allocated to your team and the idea is to get as many points as possible. The highest points scorers of the day, month and all time will be included on the website, so get competitive!
